  I was at this salon 3 times. Even if it was high priced i was always happy to pay for good service. The 4th time i went i had an appointment at 10am and arrived at about 9:55. The staff that did my hair before was still busy with another client and said that still needs 5 minutes more. Fair enough, i went out and came back at around 10:05. H. was still working so i ended up waiting inside. After 25 minutes waiting i got up and said: "Sorry but i don't want to wait 25 min" and drove home.
  
  I got later a text message on my mobile saying: "Hi. I am so sorry about today. The client before you came in 25 min late. I do apologize R. And the next haircut will be free! Best Regards."
  
  I replied following back: "Thanks. I accept your apology, I come to the salon even if it's more expensive than others about the service and waiting for 25 min is not what i expect. Cheers."
  
  I thought ok mistakes like this can happen and this issue is settled.
  But no as i got a rude text message including the f word from the owner.
  
  I don't think this is the way to treat clients.....
